The Executive Training component of GCS aims to develop a practical and high-level training curriculum entirely in French in the USA. Unlike conventional training, GET training is practical training targeted at business opportunities for the private sector and the challenges of strengthening the effectiveness and efficiency of decision-making by public sector actors and political leaders. In each area of ​​interest, the training is led by experts, managers and leaders who have capitalized on recognized successes in their area of ​​expertise and who have useful experiences to share for success in the management of public and private affairs.

The component "Economic Connections" aims to help the business community on both sides (American and African) to seize business opportunities on both sides and to develop in a concrete way, lasting partnerships between actors of two sides depending on the two sides. This component is divided into two sub-components which are:

Economic conferences :
These are spaces for exchange on opportunities
in the most promising sectors in the USA and in Africa, the investment opportunities, the business environment on both sides and the technical, legal and institutional route to establish business in the USA and in Africa. These spaces of exchange put in relation Clearly, the economic conferences organized inside the agenda of each training session aims to offer a precise view of the business opportunities immediately seizable and the means to seize them.

High-level strategic experience exchange visits :
This sub-component consists of the organization of interest and work visits to companies, companies and organizations in the private sector, for participants in the private sector, on the one hand, and on the other hand, visits to the same actors (if necessary) and with organizations and institutions of the political environment (SENAT, CONGRESS, USAID etc…) for the leaders of the political world and public administration.
The different actors will then be assisted in monitoring and materializing the opportunities that their participation in these different sessions and missions will create.
The goal of the GETEC project, let us remember, is to facilitate the development of economic partnership between the American business community and that of French-speaking Africa.
Each economic mission, beyond the content of the agenda, aims to promote access to opportunities and the creation of sustainable economic contacts. The assistance component aims to ensure management and monitoring in order to materialize the opportunities thus created.
The implementation of GETEC will take place in an ecosystem of actors from both horizons (American and African). The project is based on a partnership with the Washington Chamber of Commerce and other organizations in the American business community, business law firms. The project also intends to develop lasting partnerships with all organizations in French-speaking Africa, whose missions are compatible and which work for the promotion of their members in the targeted fields.
The implementation of GETEC takes place in the USA in the form of entirely French-speaking economic missions according to an agenda and according to well specified conditions and communicated on the occasion of each economic mission.
