As for the second, it is linked to the need to create and enter into business networks aimed at expanding business opportunities beyond the limits of current markets.

The United States, the world's first market economy, is recognized as a horizon of opportunities. However, the lack of information is one of the main factors limiting the access of African business communities, particularly French-speaking ones, to the American market. For those who have information, the language barrier and the strict nature of the laws make it almost mythical, the dream to explore and act on the American market. It is to help alleviate, if not remove, these constraints that this program is implemented.
